Delicious! I’m not a fan of turmeric but this little bit added a nice depth of flavor to the dish.
I didn’t have asparagus so I used fresh green beans and cooked them for only a couple minutes and used them as the asparagus in the recipe
I also cooked a salmon fillet with olive oil, lemon juice, a + p and added it to the dish at the end. Yummy!!

I love this recipe! I’ve made it numerous times. Sometimes I’ll change up how I cook the asparagus. It’s good quickly sauteed in olive oil, too. Everyone that I’ve served this to always asks for the recipe.

Yes, you can prepare this, freeze it, and then reheat it later. However, the texture of the asparagus might change slightly upon reheating.
