The wok is great, when I first discovered it I bought 3 or 4 and they were cheaper then, I think they raised their prices since then. Yeah you can definitely double the sauce if you like it really saucy. Enjoy!

I also love that it doesn’t weigh a ton. I have one of the large undivided sinks so it was super easy to wash. Anyway – this recipe is so delicious. I think that next time, I’ll make a bit more sauce because I guesstimated the amount of chicken I used and it could have used more sauce…my mistake.
