This is such a good recipe! I did add another half of a green pepper, and half a yellow pepper(we love bell peppers!). This is DEFINITELY a keeper. Oh my goodness! Almost as good as my (next city over)local takeout joint!! 10/10!

Yes, you can marinate the beef overnight. This will enhance the flavors even more. Just make sure to keep it refrigerated.

I made this today. Yes, the peppercorns are hot, but they add a fabulous flavour to the dish and I definitely recommend including them. I was super impressed with the tenderness of the the meat, and the overall flavour of the dish. I used a combination of brown onions and spring onions, which added to the colour and flavour.
