Hands down the best Jasmine rice recipe I’ve tried. It turned out perfectly. I’m looking forward to trying it again.

Jasmine brown rice requires a slightly different approach compared to white jasmine rice, as it has a firmer texture. For jasmine brown rice, use a water-to-rice ratio of about 2 1/4 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Remember to cook it a bit longer than white rice, typically about 35-40 minutes.

Right now I’m using Dainty, but I’ve used Lundberg as well.

Yes, it’s perfect for fried rice, that’s what I use every single time I make fried rice!

Next week I’m posting a recipe for how I cook my basmati rice, so stay tuned. 🙂
