Just made these this weekend for a party. Delicious and easy. I think the precooking of the mushrooms made a big difference.

Wow, I made these for my family and I could have made dozens and they would all be gone! They are wonderful, so tasty and so easy. I just followed the recipe and lo and behold I created another super hit in my household. Now they are talking “great for Christmas appetizers!” I have around 14 people over on Christmas, I would have to literally make dozens of them and they WOULD be a hit! I am following you Jo, I am impressed with what I have seen so far.

A nice recipe, I took the stems and chopped them up very fine adding them to the stuffing mix. I also like to add a little Swiss Cheese on top now and then.

They look not hard so much to make this Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms. I will try to make my own one and hope my kids will love them. Thank you so much !
