I followed the recipe with no alterations, and it was so delicious, I tried it again the next night, substituting cheddar instead of mozzarella because that’s what I had on hand. DELICIOUS! Everyone loved it and I loved having an easy recipe to use up leftover holiday foods. Definitely a keeper! A+++

Made some modifications to my liking – omitted the basil and subbed with sage, replaced the shredded mozz with shredded sharp cheddar, added in frozen corn and doubled the carrots. Super tasty!

Very tasty way to use up the Thanksgiving leftovers. I would add a bit of red pepper flakes for some extra flavor as well as a bottom layer of a pie crust.

This recipe turned out great. I even threw in some leftover dressing and gravy. I added corn. The guys loved it. My Honey’s son is super picky. He’s on the spectrum and only likes hamburgers, hot dogs, and Mac and cheese. Lol. But he liked this:)
