Awesome soup. Made this with boneless ham leftovers from Christmas and it was very flavorful. My wife and I loved it. Highly recommend.

Using the ham bone will give the soup amazing flavor, but if you like it meaty, you can definitely add more chopped ham. It’s all about how hearty you want it to be!
