This is the perfect spice blend for fall! I find it necessary to keep a separate jar of pumpkin pie spice in the pantry at all times, because I LOVE to bake! Requiring only a handful of spices you’ll most likely have on hand in your pantry, this blend is extremely versatile and can be used in a ton of dishes.

A simple blend of ground spices that are absolutely necessary when it comes to making the classic pumpkin pie and the ever popular pumpkin spice latte! When the leaves hit the ground and the pumpkins are in abundance, you’ll definitely want to have this mixture on hand.

- Start by heating milk (You can use whole, 2%, skim, or dairy-free milk. Coconut or almond milk would be delicious), canned pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract on the stove.
- Next, combine your pumpkin spice milk mixture with your choice of strong coffee or shot of espresso. Finally, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Simple, quick, and no coffee shop lines.
