Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, a premier destination nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, announces the debut of its new standalone luxury villas. Designed to elevate the resort experience, the villas offer the comfort and privacy of a 2,336-square-foot ranch-style home, paired with exclusive, high-end amenities.
The five new secluded villas are named after historic Texas rivers – Guadalupe, Nueces, Brazos, San Saba, and Pecos – and are designed to blend the rustic elegance of the resort and its location with modern comforts. Each villa features four private bedrooms: two king bedrooms and two rooms with double queen beds. Every room includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, upscale bath amenities, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and an enclosed outdoor patio with rocking chairs to soak in the serene landscape.
Villa guests will enjoy the extra space and comfort of a spacious living room and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two private outdoor patios outfitted with a firepit, barbecue grill and seating areas.
Guests staying in the villas receive exclusive amenities including twice-daily housekeeping service, a dedicated Villa host, and access to  the relaxing amenities at the adjacent Windflower Spa including a tranquil outdoor pool, a whirlpool, eucalyptus steam rooms and sauna.
The luxury villas are just the beginning of an exciting lineup of enhancements coming to the resort. In early 2026, Hyatt Regency Hill Country will open a 2.2-acre, man-made lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology.
This unique feature will offer guests a beachside paradise in the heart of Central Texas, complete with white-sand beaches, premium cabanas, and a variety of water sports.
The resort will also unveil a stunning new indoor/outdoor event venue overlooking the Lagoon. Spanning 5,600 square feet, the versatile space will feature high vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, expansive windows and glass doors for an abundance of natural lighting, and an outdoor patio and lawn surrounded by live oak trees and peaceful views.

Caesars Entertainment is proud to announce its plans to transform Harveys Lake Tahoe into Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino
this summer. The $160 million renovation will include state-of-the-art upgrades, luxurious accommodations and elevated dining and gaming options while immersing guests in a new, contemporary resort designed to embrace the look and feel of Lake Tahoe. The property
will remain open during the transition, with July 1 marking the resort’s official change to Caesars Republic.
“Lake Tahoe is a stunning destination, and we’re elated to bring a new world-class resort worthy of its allure to the lakefront,” said Anthony Carano, President and Chief Operating Officer of Caesars Entertainment. “The property transformation has begun and will continue throughout 2026 with the all-new hotel tower, hotel lobby, stellar restaurants and the start of a completely reimagined casino coming online this summer for our guests to enjoy right away. Our second phase will begin in the fall, with the entire project completing next summer. With its bold new look and modern energy, Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe will set the stage for a new era of luxury in the region, and we know our guests will be blown away by this tremendous transformation.”
The 1.6 million-square-foot resort, designed by iconic design firm Marnell Companies, will be completely transformed, beginning at the hotel lobby and carrying throughout the casino and hotel. The 88,000-square-foot casino floor will be reimagined with new carpeting, lighting, tables, chairs and cutting-edge digital displays, bringing a modern and dynamic gaming experience.
The destination will feature new slot machines, a new High Limit Room and World Series of Poker Room®, blending sophisticated gaming with high-stakes excitement. The resort is also remodeling all of the rooms in the Remus Tower, formerly the Mountain Tower, and will introduce butler service for select suites in both of the destination’s hotel towers for an unmatched luxury stay. Caesars Republic Lake  Tahoe’s other hotel tower, the Romulus Tower, previously the Tahoe Tower, is also being refreshed after a full remodel in 2020.
Guests will enjoy a newly designed lobby bar, Cleo’s Coffee and Cocktails, that transforms from a café by day into an upscale lounge by night, offering a stylish and sophisticated space to relax and unwind. These additions, along with WOLF by Vanderpump and the recently expanded Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN, further establish Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe as a premier destination for upscale dining and luxury experiences.
“We are thrilled to usher in a new era with the transition to Caesars Republic,” said Karie Hall, SVP and General Manager of Harrah’s
and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. “This transformation honors the storied history of Harveys while introducing modern amenities and elevated experiences that will redefine luxury in Lake Tahoe. We look forward to welcoming guests to a resort that blends the best of our past with an exciting vision for the future.”
Across the street, Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, which is connected to Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe via an underground connector, is also undergoing improvements, including renovating the resort’s iconic Summit Suites. The highly anticipated restaurant Brew Brothers recently opened at the destination, bringing a vibrant craft beer and dining experience to the property. Additional technological advancements and property wide improvements are underway and will further elevate the guest experience.
Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is the second Caesars Republic to open in two years, following the successful opening of Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel. The renovations at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe will continue throughout 2025, pausing during the summer season, with the entire project slated to be complete in mid-2026. Additional details will be announced at a later date.

Nestled in the scenic mountains of northern Idaho, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has long been celebrated for its cultural authenticity, welcoming spirit, and immersive leisure offerings. Now, its commitment to excellence has been formally recognized: the property was named “Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year” at the prestigious SBC Americas Awards held in May at Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida.
What makes Coeur d’Alene Casino truly exceptional is its ability to blend tradition with forward thinking hospitality. A prime example is the resort’s Aescape massage amenity, an AI-powered innovation offered at Spa Ssakwa’q’n (pronounced SOCK-wah-kin) that customizes massage therapy in a way never before available in the U.S. Northwest (the next closest property with Aescape is in Santa Barbara, CA).
This cutting-edge benefit complements the spa’s menu of traditional services (including human-touch massages), giving guests new ways to unwind in comfort and privacy.
Another standout is Circling Raven Golf Suites, an indoor sports bar-style venue featuring virtual golf and sports games alongside food, drinks, and gaming machines. These suites are an extension of the award-winning Circling Raven Golf Club—consistently ranked among the best public and casino courses in the U.S.—and cater to the fast-growing audience engaging with off-course experiences in the game.
The innovation doesn’t stop there. Coeur d’Alene Casino is also home to Discovery Den, the only venue in the Northwest where guests can test new video gaming machines before they’re available anywhere else. Updated quarterly with the latest game prototypes from leading
manufacturers, it puts players at the forefront of casino entertainment.
Beyond amenities, Coeur d’Alene Casino is deeply rooted in a philosophy of care and community. Operated by the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, the resort has donated more than $36.5 million to local causes and education, all while delivering warm, authentic service under the welcoming
motto: “Welcome Home.”
With 300 guest rooms, 14 suites, live entertainment in the casino showroom (music, comedy, boxing/MMA), 1,200 video gaming machines, high-stakes bingo, a 15,000 sq. ft. spa, 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, multiple restaurants, and breathtaking indoor/outdoor wedding venues, the resort is an all-encompassing destination. This summer, guests can look forward to the debut of a vibrant new taco eatery in the food court (El Coyote Cantina), further expanding the resort’s diverse culinary offerings that include steak, pasta, pizza, and Asian cuisine.
For more information or to plan your visit, go to www.cdacasino.com or call 800-523-2464.

Luxe Haus, the premier vacation rental and property management brand redefining luxury in the mountains, announces the exclusive debut of Mountainhead to its curated collection of vacation rentals. The iconic estate — featured in HBO’s hit movie, Mountainhead — is now available for bookings to those looking for a lavish escape.

“Mountainhead symbolizes the pinnacle of mountain luxury, whether you’re hosting a family celebration, planning a company retreat or seeking a serene winter getaway,” said Pamela Graves-Longley, co-founder and chief executive officer at Luxe Haus.

Nestled in the Deer Crest community of Deer Valley, this 21,378-square-foot home rises seven stories, connected by a glass elevator and a striking spiral staircase that serves as a visual centerpiece. Mountainhead has seven bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and panoramic views from nearly every room.

Designed by acclaimed architect Michael Upwall, the estate is a masterclass in mountain modernism — where sculptural lines, floor-to-ceiling glass and a series of expansive terraces dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out. Guests can observe moose, elk and other native wildlife just feet from the glass, all while immersed in refined warmth, natural textures and sweeping views of the surrounding wilderness.

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort is pleased to announce it has received the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation in its first year open. The accolade puts the resort among a highly select group representing the top tier of the hospitality industry in North America showcasing world-class luxury, amenities, service and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

This achievement ranks The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort among fewer than one percent of the more than 23,000 AAA inspected lodgings. Around 145 hotels in U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean are designated Five Diamond, and The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort’s appointment makes it one of only two properties on the West Coast of Florida with the designation.

“We are very excited to receive this prestigious award from AAA in our first year of operations,” said Winfred van Workum, General Manager of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. “This is a testament to the quality of service that we take the utmost pride in offering our guests and a benchmark we will strive for each year.”

To earn the distinctive AAA Five Diamond designation, hotels and restaurants must pass a rigorous evaluation that includes unannounced in-person inspections and anonymous overnight stays, followed by a review from a panel of experts as a final step to ensure credibility. Diamond lists are updated monthly, as AAA Inspectors visit properties throughout the year. All AAA Diamond Program hotels and restaurants are re-evaluated annually to ensure they provide the best experience for travelers and diners.

“AAA is pleased to recognize St. Regis Longboat Key with the Five Diamond designation, meaning its unwavering attention to both service and surroundings have placed it into the upper echelon of AAA’s Diamond Program,” said Stacey Barber, AAA Travel Vice President. “To maintain the exceptional standards required for this designation on a daily basis is an outstanding achievement. Five Diamond hotels and restaurants consistently exceed expectations to provide their guests a highly personalized, memorable experience.”

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, developed by Unicorp National Developments, marks the largest development on Longboat Key in over 50 years. With 168 exquisitely appointed rooms and 26 luxurious suites, the resort seamlessly blends architectural sophistication with the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast, providing guests with stunning ocean views and state-of-the-art amenities.

All-inclusive doesn’t have to mean one-size-fits-all. For boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and experiential tour operators, the key to creating a high-end all-inclusive experience lies in curated extras, personalized service, and a deep connection to the destination.

1. Personalization is the New Luxury Today’s travelers crave experiences that feel tailored to them. Go beyond the basics by offering customizable itineraries, pillow menus, wellness programs, or private excursions. Use pre-arrival questionnaires to discover guest preferences and deliver bespoke touches that turn a stay into a memory.

2. Local Flair Over Generic Fare Swap out the buffet for immersive, destination-driven dining. Feature locally sourced ingredients, rotating chef tastings, and cultural fusion menus. Guests are more likely to remember that rooftop mezcal tasting or the beachside paella night than a standard all-you-can-eat spread.

3. Curated Extras Add Perceived Value Incorporate thoughtful, upscale add-ons that surprise and delight. Think artisanal welcome gifts, in-room spa rituals, access to exclusive local experiences, or complimentary sunrise yoga by the sea. These curated extras elevate the stay without significantly increasing costs.

4. Seamless, Invisible Service Luxury today is often defined by how effortless something feels. Train staff to anticipate needs, offer proactive suggestions, and deliver five-star service with a warm, human touch. High-end guests expect attentiveness—but without intrusion.

5. Storytelling Sells the Experience Market your all-inclusive offering with the language of exclusivity, authenticity, and experience. Words like crafted, tailored, immersive, and signature resonate more than “all-you-can-eat” or “unlimited drinks.” Emphasize emotion, not just amenities.

By blending local charm with world-class hospitality, boutique brands can redefine the all-inclusive concept for today’s discerning traveler. It’s not about offering everything—it’s about offering the right things in the right way.

In honor of World Oceans Day, Kind Traveler—the first responsible travel platform to embed local giving into overnight and experience-based travel—announces the official launch of its Every Adventure Gives Back™ program. Building on the success of the Every Stay Gives Back™ initiative, which has raised more than $822,000 for local environmental and community nonprofits across nine countries, this next chapter marks a bold expansion into the adventure and tour operator space.

The pilot for Every Adventure Gives Back launched in January 2025, in collaboration with Love Catalina Island Tourism Authority, as part of a broader statewide responsible tourism initiative led by Visit California. It launched with three locally owned adventure companies:

  • Scuba by Design
  • Catalina Compass
  • Wet Spot Rentals

Each company donates a portion of every adventure experience to Bleu World, a nonprofit organization that supports ocean conservation and citizen science efforts.

“When tourism becomes a tool for uplifting local communities and ecosystems, we unlock the true potential of travel as a force for kindness,” said Jessica Blotter, CEO and Co-Founder of Kind Traveler.

Why Every Adventure Gives Back Matters

Kind Traveler’s newest initiative reinforces the idea that tourism, whether through an overnight stay or a snorkeling trip, can be a force for regeneration, equity, and education. The program’s mission supports:

  • Community wellbeing
  • Wildlife and land preservation
  • Ocean conservation and environmental education
  • Alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Through Kind Traveler’s Positive Impact Dashboards, travelers can:

  • View third-party-verified metrics
  • Understand the real-world impact of their travel
  • Connect with deeper storytelling that fosters emotional connections between destinations and guests

Measurable Impact on Catalina Island

The pilot program is already yielding results:

  • 112 science divers have been equipped with tanks by Bleu World to conduct underwater survey dives around Catalina Island
  • Supports marine ecosystem monitoring through citizen science

“Our partnership with Kind Traveler expands our ability to create tangible, local impact through every adventure experience,” said Jim Luttjohan, President & CEO of Love Catalina Island Tourism Authority. “We’re excited to launch this pilot as part of our broader Care for Catalina commitment to responsible tourism and hope to inspire more tour operators to join.”

With Southern California’s marine life recently affected by harmful algal blooms, including sea lions and dolphins, this launch underscores the urgent need—and incredible potential—for community-led conservation to protect our oceans. Programs like Every Adventure Gives Back are vital in funding community-based science and conservation solutions. More: NOAA Domoic Acid Report

Every Stay Gives Back on Catalina Island

Kind Traveler also celebrates new milestones for the Every Stay Gives Back™ program on Catalina Island:

  • Catalina Courtyard Suites has joined the initiative, supporting Bleu World with each overnight guest stay.
  • The Avalon Hotel, a long-time partner, continues to fund the Marine Mammal Care Center, which has now provided:
  • 1,717 meals for marine mammal patients

These accomplishments support the joint commitment of Kind Traveler and the Love Catalina Island Tourism Authority to place-based giving and destination stewardship.

Statewide & Global Reach

Since launching Every Stay Gives Back in September 2023, Kind Traveler has:

  • Raised $822,000+ for community and environmental nonprofits
  • Grown to 150+ lodging partners
  • Supported 71+ vetted charities
  • Partnered with 13 destinations across 9 countries

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens debuts its delightfully eccentric summer display, “Glam Menagerie: A Surrealist Summer,” on view through September 6. Created by designer Ed Libby and Bellagio’s Horticulture team, the illusory experience transforms the Conservatory into a European garden party like no other, where baroque elegance meets whimsical fantasy, and luxury collides with imagination.

Designed to bring surreal art to life, the exhibit blends dreamlike creativity with opulence, sweeping visitors into a world where the extraordinary reigns supreme. Towering topiaries, couture animals and multi-sensory surprises dazzle and disorient, while intricate trompe-l’oeil illusions challenge perception at every turn. Throughout the display, surrealism takes shape in fanciful animal figures adorned in French Renaissance-inspired costuming, adding a whimsical flair to the escape from reality.

“Designing the summer display was more than just creating a beautiful garden – it was about transporting guests into an extraordinary realm where nature and opulence intertwine, surreal art comes to life and elegance blooms with every step,” said Libby. “Each element was chosen to challenge perception and celebrate luxury, imagination and the beauty of summertime.”

West Bed
The West Bed showcases a life-sized chessboard with moss-covered figures poised for a fantastical duel. On the left, a soaring archway crowned with the Bellagio “B” welcomes guests into a fairytale garden, where an elegant pink cockatoo swings gracefully beneath. Inspired by Fragonard’s iconic painting “The Swing,” the cockatoo brings a touch of 18th-century romance to the scene. To the right, a towering chess piece houses The Garden Table, where guests can indulge in a lavish Sadelle’s brunch or an elegant dinner from MICHAEL MINA Bellagio. Overheard, grand chandeliers illuminate pink botanicals and oversized topiaries that fill the bed below.

North Bed

In the North Bed, two topiary giraffe sisters are joined by Tigress Giovanna, gracefully perched on a swing and dressed in a striking black-and-white haute couture ensemble inspired by the high fashions of the French Renaissance. Nearby, two cherub fountains add a sense of gentle tranquility, while surrounding lavender, pink, blue and white flowers evoke the elegance of classic European gardens. LED screens filled with illusionary art brighten the bed from behind as a harmonious soundtrack and a delicate jasmine scent fill the air. Guests can bring home a piece of the Conservatory with a bespoke candle available for purchase at the Giardini Store.

East Bed
A captivating gazebo stands at the heart of the East Bed, where pedestal columns support a wrought iron dome adorned with pink and white blossoms. A flock of elegant flamingos wade in shimmering waters surrounding the structure, illuminated by antique-style lanterns embossed with the Bellagio “B” hanging high above. Throughout the bed, lush topiaries and boxwood creations add allure within a landscape.

South Bed

In the South Bed, zebras Sir Pierre and Lady Colette lounge amidst sculpted greenery. A pirouetting water feature pays tribute to the iconic Fountains of Bellagio, set beneath baroque chandeliers shimmering overhead. Behind the bed, carefully detailed doors invite admiration, framed by an array of pastel botanicals and topiaries of geometric shapes.

The Garden Table

Visitors are invited to embark on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey at The Garden Table, hosted within an opulent chess piece at the heart of the Bellagio Conservatory. Guests can experience an exclusive dining experience within the summer wonderland with brunch service from Sadelle’s at $125 per person and dinner from MICHAEL MINA Bellagio at $195 per person.

Reservations are required. To book and find more information, call 702.693.7075 or go online.

Sustainability at the Conservatory
Water used in Bellagio’s Conservatory and Botanical Gardens comes from on-site underground wells that use rain and recycled water from the resort, avoiding the use of municipal potable water. The water in the Conservatory is also recycled throughout the exhibit and reused at the resort. Bellagio’s water conservation efforts are part of MGM Resorts International’s overall sustainability commitment.

At the conclusion of each display, plants and botanical material without remaining viable life are separated for collection by a local composting facility. The organic waste is made into compost products to help improve the environment. This method of recycling keeps thousands of pounds of waste out of local landfills and turns it into something that improves the region’s soil, air and water quality.
